Taff Ely Food Bank

Providing emergency food for local people in crisis.

Established in Nov 2009 Taff Ely Foodbank exists to combat food poverty and hunger in the local area. A simple food parcel can make a big difference.

Those in need are issued Foodbank vouchers by community professionals such as doctors, health visitors, social workers, Citizens Advice Bureau staff, welfare officers, the police and probation officers.

The Taff Ely Foodbank office is based at Bethel Pontyclun where volunteers collect donations, sort, store and distribute food parcels to local people in times of crisis.

It is a great opportunity to proactively share God’s love when people most need it.
