Life Groups

Our life groups are where church really happens. Groups of around 6 to 10 people meet to study the Bible, chat through life issues, pray and have fun together. These small groups that we call ‘Kerith Groups’ are the life of Bethel and a great place to grow as a Christian, find out more about God or just make new friends.

They offer support, encouragement, friendship and care as well as an opportunity to get a better understanding of the Bible and how it applies to our everyday lives.

Each group meets on a weekly basis in homes around the local area. We have many groups, meeting in Pontyclun and the surrounding area, to suit all ages and backgrounds.

Feel free to try a couple of different groups to see which is the best fit for you.

View our current list of life groups here.  Contact Neil Shearman (lifegroups@bethelpontyclun.org) for more information.

Life Group Studies

Once or twice a year we get all the Kerith groups together to study the same topic. We always start a series in September leading up to October half-term, so come along and find out more!

Life Group Events

We love getting our groups together for bigger social events including treasure hunts, Kwizoke (a great night of karaoke and quiz), days out further afield or a picnic in the park. Like big family get-togethers, we try and meet up a few times a year and enjoy spending time with every generation.
